BLF Studio Legale, with Giulio Pinetti, Giovanni Ludergnani and Davide Geraci, assisted the shareholders of Valmor, a footwear company based in the Marche region founded in the 1960s and specialized in the production of sneakers for important luxury brands, in the sale of 50% of the company to Holding Industriale SpA.
