BLF Studio Legale, with the partner Giuseppe Forni and the associate Francesco Ludergnani, advised Piquadro S.p.A. in the acquisition from Il Ponte S.r.l., of the remaining stake representing 20% of the share capital of The Bridge S.p.A., a company based in Florence, active in the production and marketing of bags and leather goods.

Piquadro S.p.A., which already held 80% of the share capital of The Bridge S.p.A., now holds the entire share capital of The Bridge itself.
