BLF Studio Legale, with the senior associate Giovanni Ludergnani and the associate Davide Geraci has assisted Italian Frozen Food Holding S.p.A. (IFFH), a company controlled by Mandarin Capital Partners, in the acquisition of Farma&Co S.r.l., a company specialized in the production of high quality gluten free frozen products.

Incorporated with the aim of creating a platform in the field of “Made in Italy” frozen food able to bring together medium-sized companies and to bring this synergy on foreign markets, with this transaction IFFH strengthens and expands its position in the “frozen food” sector.
