BLF Studio Legale, with a team composed of Giuseppe Forni, Andrea Iovino and Giovanni Ludergnani, assisted the sellers in the sale of 100% of the share capital to the German investment fund Rocket Internet.

BLF was engaged, among other things, in the negotiation and preparation of the sale and purchase agreement and the agreements that provided for the commitment of one of the sellers to provide advice, for a certain period, in favour of the company.
