A day of discussion hosted by the University of Bologna on the future of equity markets and the role of stock market listing for Italian and European companies.

Academics, institutions and market participants will examine the costs and benefits of going public, the outlook for SMEs and newly listed companies, and the evolution of the European regulatory framework.
