The conference was held on 11 December 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., at Villa Pace Park Hotel Bolognese, Preganziol (TV).
During the morning session, our Alberto De Pra , took part in the panel “Designing a Sustainable Turnaround Plan”, with a focus on drafting principles, verifiability and the use of stress testing as an evaluation methodology.
The initiative, organised by the Treviso Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and the Treviso Court, brought together academics, professionals and judges to discuss the current state of negotiated composition and the operational challenges that have emerged in its early years of implementation.
