The Monti Salute Più Group has sold the Bodi diagnostic center in Bologna and the Vitalis diagnostic center in Ferrara—both of which have become key reference points for diagnostics in Emilia over the years—to Medipass, a company of the Ergea Group specializing in diagnostic imaging and cancer care. The transaction marks a strategic step that allows Medipass to further expand its presence in Emilia-Romagna.
