He works in the field of corporate and commercial law, supporting the firm’s partners in M&A transactions, business contracts, and legal assistance to Italian and international companies.
He has dealt with civil litigation, enforcement and insolvency proceedings, as well as the management of NPL and UTP portfolios. Previously, he provided legal support at BCC Don Rizzo of the ICCREA Banking Group, where he focused on banking contracts and credit services.
During his university studies, he spent periods abroad for study and research, taking part in the Erasmus program at Université Aix-Marseille with a focus on international and European law, and later developing a research project for his thesis at the Universidad de Sevilla.
