The shareholders of Integra Fragrances S.p.A., a leading company in the field of olfactory branding for luxury, hospitality, and design businesses, have transferred a 51% stake of the share capital to Dr. Vranjes Firenze S.p.A., an established fragrance company controlled by L’Occitane, the French multinational operating in the beauty sector.

The transaction marks the entry of Dr. Vranjes Firenze S.p.A. into the share capital of Integra Fragrances S.p.A., with the aim of enhancing the synergies between the two companies and strengthening the group’s presence in the high-end fragrance market.
