The evolving governance regulatory framework requires directors to keep continuously up to date on their responsibilities, on organisational structures, and on how the Board of Directors operates.

The course offers a practical analysis of the changes introduced by the Capital Markets Law (Legge Capitali), with particular reference to cooperative companies, highlighting their legal and managerial specificities and the implications for the work of the Board of Directors.

During our webinar, our Pier Luigi Morara will discuss how the new rules raise not only the question of whether (and when) to amend the by-laws, but also the need to review and, where appropriate, update the procedures for preparing, conducting and documenting the Board’s work.
