The 231 System Today: Model Adequacy, Case Law, and Prospects for Reform

Events
23 June 2026

The course provides an up-to-date overview of Legislative Decree 231/2001 regarding the assessment of the adequacy of the Model and the role of the Supervisory Board, also in light of the proposed reforms to the Decree.

An approach that combines integrated risk assessment with an analysis of the most recent case law. The goal is to provide businesses, professionals, and compliance departments with practical tools to develop, maintain, and monitor effective 231 Models.

During the webinar, in his remarks, The Evolution of the Legislative Decree 231/2001 in light of the proposed reforms, our Pier Luigi Morara will address the issue of the organizational model’s suitability in light of the most recent case law trends, examining the extent to which the 2001 framework still stands up to the test of practical application and exploring the possible directions for reform.

An opportunity to discuss a framework that, more than twenty years after its introduction, remains central to corporate governance and risk management.
