He focuses on litigation, with particular expertise in banking, financial and corporate matters, assisting credit institutions, financial intermediaries and companies in the management of complex disputes before judicial courts and arbitral tribunals, including cases with both domestic and cross-border elements.

He advises banks, financial intermediaries, companies and private clients in disputes relating to contracts, banking services and investments, financing relationships, debt recovery and litigation connected with non-performing loans (NPLs), as well as corporate law, liability of corporate bodies, shareholders and statutory auditors, and contractual and tort liability. He also assists clients in proceedings brought by or against insolvency and restructuring procedures.

He supports companies and economic operators in managing distressed situations arising in the course of business activities, with particular focus on contentious issues that emerge during phases of financial distress and insolvency.

Alongside his litigation practice, he advises companies on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and on corporate transactions, adopting an integrated approach that combines risk prevention with effective dispute resolution.
