Clerici, a company active in the distribution of hydrothermal sanitary products and bathroom furnishings, has completed two strategic transactions strengthening its presence in Italy. The Group acquired the business branch of Acquaprogetti, a company based in Rovigo and operating in the Veneto region, and finalized the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Galli Innocenti & C., based in Rome.
The dual transaction is part of Clerici’s long-standing growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in the country’s most economically dynamic areas and ensuring proximity, service, and product range on an increasingly broader scale.
In particular, Acquaprogetti has been operating since 2014 in the distribution of plumbing and bathroom furnishing products. In addition to its headquarters in Rovigo, the company has recently opened a new store in Sant’Elena, in the province of Padua.
The acquisition of Galli Innocenti & C. marks Clerici’s entry into a new region, Lazio, and specifically into the capital city. Founded in 1973, the company is recognized as one of the leading players in the region in the sectors of plumbing and heating, air conditioning, bathroom furnishings, and wellness. In addition to its main office in Rome, it has two operating branches in the city.
BLF Studio Legale, with a team composed of partner Giulio Pinetti, senior associate Francesco Ludergnani and junior associate Maddalena Natali, assisted the Gruppo Clerici, in the two transactions.
