The transaction through which Arco Lavori S.C.C. acquired the operating business of ACG S.p.A., as part of the negotiated settlement procedure of the selling company, has been completed.

The transaction forms part of a complex restructuring process involving credit institutions, public guarantee funds and a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring business continuity and the preservation of approximately one hundred jobs.
