Today, the company operates a fleet of more than 500 pieces of equipment and serves primarily industrial clients through two branches located in the outskirts of Bologna.<\/p>\n\n<p>DEA\u2019s entry into the perimeter of Kiloutou Italia represents an opportunity for further development, enabling the company to build on the expertise developed locally and to integrate into a well-established and growing network. The transaction forms part of Kiloutou\u2019s broader expansion strategy in Italy and strengthens the Group\u2019s presence in Emilia-Romagna, where it already operates three branches.<\/p>\n\n<p>DEA\u2019s locations and its team of 13 professionals will be progressively integrated into the Kiloutou Italia network, which currently comprises 27 branches and around 300 employees.
