The Group acquired the business branch of <strong>Acquaprogetti<\/strong>, a company based in Rovigo and operating in the Veneto region, and finalized the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of <strong>Galli Innocenti &amp; C.<\/strong>, based in Rome. <\/p>\n\n<p>The dual transaction is part of Clerici\u2019s long-standing growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in the country\u2019s most economically dynamic areas and ensuring proximity, service, and product range on an increasingly broader scale.<\/p>\n\n<p>In particular, Acquaprogetti has been operating since 2014 in the distribution of plumbing and bathroom furnishing products. In addition to its headquarters in Rovigo, the company has recently opened a new store in Sant\u2019Elena, in the province of Padua. <\/p>\n\n<p>The acquisition of Galli Innocenti &amp; C. marks Clerici\u2019s entry into a new region, Lazio, and specifically into the capital city. Founded in 1973, the company is recognized as one of the leading players in the region in the sectors of plumbing and heating, air conditioning, bathroom furnishings, and wellness.
