Unigasket, headquartered in Villongo (BG), is a group active in the production of hoses and seals for a wide range of industrial sectors, and is controlled by private equity firm Palladio Holding (\u201cPFH\u201d) and Vittorio Calissi.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Benincasa family will retain operational leadership through Nicola and Leonardo Benincasa.<\/p>\n\n<p>This acquisition marks a further step in Unigasket\u2019s external growth strategy alongside Palladio Holding, aimed at consolidating the Group\u2019s presence in high-potential niche markets.
